Rosy Nails was one of the first nail salons to open in Eagan, MN in 2002.   It is a rare thing nowadays to find a nail salon with as much experience in a given area as we do.   We take pride in providing reliable services to our clientele.   We believe it is important to create lasting relationships with our clients.
